“What a wonderful place to stay! The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved how close it was to town. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The Palm restaurant downstairs was nice to have on property and the food was great. We will definitely stay again!”

“What a very special place this is. Wilfred and Vida are truly brilliant hosts. When we arrived they sat with us and had a lovely chat about the house and the area, recommended places to eat and provided lots of local intelligence. Tea and coffee is served in the room at 8am followed by a very generous and delicious breakfast. The two of them are a totally charming couple with their great sense of humour, stories and kindness They could give lessons on what true hospitality should be.

"The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good."
