There were quite a few cockroaches in the bedrooms and kitchen cuppboards. The tea and coffee canisters were empty and the single bed in one of the rooms when laid on the springs stretched down nearly to the floor so it was unusable. Amazing luxury house in the center of Napier
Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!

Room was clean, but a lighter top was left on top by the plates and there were ants in our room not a major thing especially for the price and facilities provided. We loved our stay even tho we didn’t use the pool and everything else there as we were there for a wedding so super busy..Defs coming ...
