“Its a bit tired. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms were a good size as was the lounge. Kitchen was a let down. An old table that only sat four squeezed into a corner. Wifi throughout. Property owner had to be reminded twice before we got entry details and that was less than 24hrs before access. Overpriced in my opinion and compared to.many other previous stays in Napier.”

“Surprised to find out there are three ensuite (3 washroom + 1 disable washroom) in the house. Originally the website stated only have 2 washroom. The environment was nice, facing the wine yards. It has a jacuzzi and bbq area which was nice to try. Overall the house was good for our families. And we tried the fine dining in the restaurant also - service & food was good. If there are more clothes hangers and hook for clothes - that will be great.”

“We had a warm welcome from Gwen and look around the accommodation. Beautiful breakfast, decor and cosy to relax in. Checked in on us and closed our curtains in evening which was a lovely surprise to come back to after dark! Highly recommended!!!!”

“The property is across the street from the ocean. At one end of the street are restaurants and bistros. A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. The TV room is very nice and there is a work area with a pair of desks. As for the bed, it's very comfortable. The kitchen isn't set up for doing much cooking, but it was fine for what I needed.
