Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur leider ließ der Service im Restaurant zu wünschen übrig. Beim Fruehstueck wurden wir erst nach einer halben Stunde gefragt was wir gerne hätten, aber auch nur gezwungener Maßen nach dem ich gefragt habe, ob wir mal bestellen können. Für den Preis ist das ein Witz was man bekommt. Also ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Personal an der Rezeption war super lieb.

The check in and out process went smoothly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The window in the room was old and single-paned. It faced a busy street. I could hear every car, truck and pedestrian just outside the building. So, the noise level was not great. The food was good but the service wasn't. The staff were friendly. But, getting your order or even getting someone to come to your table was tricky, at times. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.

The property is in an excellent location overlooking the Bay within walking distance to Fifth avenue shopping, Tin City and the Beach. The employees were pretty friendly for the most part and lent me a beach chair and umbrella which was a nice touch. However, this property is in need of a serious renovation. If you have allergies or asthma, do consider staying at a different hotel. My first room smelled strongly of mold and it was also present in the hallway of the first floor. Thankfully I was moved to a better room. The walls and windows are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations, shower running , toilet flushing, dogs barking etc. My AC was not functioning properly so my room barely cooled during my 5 days. For this reason I would not return to this hotel until these issues are resolved.

The best place in Naples But sadly this time the Bambu Tropical Bar and Restaurant was missing staff so badly… the two poor waitresses were slammed with people for breakfast and no eggs,sausages… The restaurant used to be such a nice place… Hope the managers will do something to give those hard workers more respect.. The hotel and the room were both clean and presentable. But both safes in the room didn’t work along with the ice machine on our floor level, but managed to use one on the upper floor. We also found the room a little noisy as it faced the main road. The hotel is well positioned surrounding walking distant to the many shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. My booking also included a complimentary continental breakfast, which states on the menu pastries fruit and jams. I asked at the time if this also included toast, which we were told did. We were offered an upgrade for 4 dollars more that included a number of additions, but felt we only wanted a light breakfast, and boy was it light. We got no jams, but only 2 minute croissants, 1 strawberry and a few blueberries all on the same plate. If I’d have know how minimal this was I’d of certainly upgraded for the 4 dollars. If you were to pay for the breakfast we received it was priced at 13 dollars on their menu.

I reserved this hotel since it was under my applied filters of "breakfast included" and reserved it also because of its location. The price I paid for a weekend day was in the same range of good named hotels so I was expecting more during my stay. It is not worth to stay there at all. What they include as breakfast is very minimal: A coffee, 1/2 sliced strawberry, around 15 blueberries, a tiny croissant and a mini cinnamon roll. You have the option to pay extra US$4 if you want eggs, potato and a sausage (which was never given to us), but you have to forget about the fruit. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to get the order. 55 minutes from our arrival we still had not received our breakfast. We arrived at the table at 9:40am and we had to get up at 10:35am because the check out was at 11am and the receptionist was not able to extend the check out to allow us to eat the offered breakfast. We told the waitress we were coming back since we have to pick up our baggage and check out. When we came back to the restaurant, we had to wait another 30 minutes before having our breakfast. A total of 1 hour and 20 minutes passed for us to be served a breakfast that was not worth the wait and the service we received. Very bad experince, i wish i had selected another hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday :(

Nice hotel, friendly staff except the lady who sits people at the outside bar. Very rude. We go the room closest to the office 111. They were full, no upgrade, room was a bit noisy being next to the bar. I made the reservation a week in advance they could have given us a better room.
