This charming home is a wonderful place to experience the best of Florida vacation. This home features a spacious open floor plan with over 2,100 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage, beautifully kitchen and baths, new stainless-steel appliances, new Samsung Washer and whole house reverse osmosis. This home sits on 2.73 acres and is close to town, shopping centers, restaurants, and I-75 and about 15 mins from the beaches. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Naples

Overall the home is very lovely inside, nicely decorated..the outside of the home could use a good pressure cleaing and the yard was a bit over grown...check in was very easy...the neighborhood is quiet, not many houses on the block, there are no houses, across, to the rear nor behind..very close to grocery, gas stations, restaurants and The Great Wolf Lodge..

Great House for Golf Group

Everything was as described and in good condition. I would add that they have a Keurig/Coffee pot combo. Rooms are nice. Only suggestion is the outside landscaping could use some attention but we only slept there so didn’t matter. Would have loved some cornhole boards as well.

Very nice place

Overall everything was very nice and spotless clean. There were a couple of issues but the host responded immediately and had them taken care of within the hour. He was great, very nice. The place was perfect as several family members came in for a funeral and it was nice to have us all together. Thank you Son.

Golfers retreat

We were a group of 4 golfers looking for a central location close to golf courses. The house is in a good location within 15 minutes of many courses, great resturants and downtown. Publix, gas, CVS and many more stores right down the street 1 mile. Place was clean and as advertised. We had a few minor issues but owner communication was great and resolved quickly.
