You'll be close to everything in Naples when you stay at this centrally located 3-bedroom 3-bathroom newly refurbished home. This neighborhood is very safe and great for walking, with easy access to the community center swimming pool, playground, basketball, pickleball & tennis courts (about 500ft away). Only 5 miles from the beach & downtown! Lots of great food options withing walking distance. The neighborhood is connected to the parks system and close is to the Coastland Center Mall. Wi-fi, laundry, smart TVs in each bedroom, a full kitchen and much more onsite!!

The home had a great layout with nice kitchen upgrades and comfortably accommodated our group. However, there were several safety and maintenance concerns, along with some cleanliness issues, that impacted our stay. With more attention to detail and care in preparation, this property could be a fantastic rental.

Naples trip

Even though we spend our winters elsewhere in Florida we always enjoy spending a few days in Naples. This time was no exception. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect! The house was clean and recently updated. On top of that the price was reasonable. Would stay here again.

Florida getaway

This property was located near the Naples Botanic Gardens, near the beach and fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed shopping in the area, too. Naples was a nice place to be tourist.
