We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.
Sit back and relax during your stay while enjoying the beautiful nature scenes from the hot tub. Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a plush queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

Nice remote location near hiking areas. Host made effort to provide entertainment for guests - board games, video games, puzzles, streaming channels, etc. Cleanliness of property could be improved - spa, cobwebs and leaves all over the porch, broken chair outside, dirty grill, kitchen drawers and utensils. Cleaning products were readily available. Even saying this, we did enjoy our stay.

The house looked just like the picture. Its a cute cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. We had a family gathering in Naples and it was the perfect location for the event as well as enjoying downtown.

I absolutely loved the cottage with a feel of being surrounded by woods on top of a hill, and, being in nature! The hot tub was wonderful! Nature Getaway location is great with Naples close by with Wineries there, and Canandaigua Lake, Sonnenberg Gardens are about 30 minutes away. There is so much to do! Highly recommend this cottage! I will definitely return!

Very relaxing stay!We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun w/ the arcade game! The town of Namples was very nice and friendly.To bad we arrived on the off season for fishing, it would have been great to catch some fish!

We were a disappointed in the cottage. We did not think it was peaceful since the road noise was pretty loud. The place really could use some TLC. The outside really needs a good cleaning. The porch, especially. It was dirty. The table was dirty. The grill was filthy. The outside chairs were filthy. I guess it was adequate but for the price of the place I was expecting a little bit more than adequate.

Overall good

Arrived a little earlier than check in time and reached out to host to ask it was okay if we checked in early. Never heard back but it didn’t seem like the cleaning people were still there. Had a hard time opening the lock box for the key. Besides that enjoyed our stay and it was nice and quiet despite the road being busy. Would stay again!

The property is very well maintained and was very clean and welcoming. Finding the driveway was a bit of a struggle but the host responded promptly with additional directions. The bed was not very comfortable but the rest of the furiture was nice. The ac was a window unit in the living area which helped maintain a comfortable temp in the location but it struggled to cool the bedroom. Gorgeous property in a stunning area! I only cooked 1 meal but the kitchen was perfect and had the basics I needed.

Great couples get away

Stayed here with my husband and dog for the weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Remote, secluded, hot tub and fire pit were perfect under the stars. Host was communicative and easy. It’s in the woods, so expect bugs but place overall felt clean

Nice escape

My boyfriend and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for a weekend . Check in was so easy with the lock code. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel so if you want pristine cleanliness , this is probably not the place for you , however it was tidy and kitchen was stocked well. There were plenty of board games , TV the arcade games and a couple books. The hot tub ( reason we booked it) was in great shape and easy to operate. It was heaven soaking in it . The dogs enjoyed themselves, however major hills and drop offs on either side of cabin so not a lot of running area. It truly was a nice relaxing get away to regroup and get away from the “busy” . Thank you for offering such a cool little place and allowing us to bring our dogs. It was truly appreciated!

Hot Tub Bliss

We needed a rain weekend getaway with a hot tub and this was perfect! Spent time at Hazlitt and Hollerhorn and the rest of the time hot tubbing with view of waterfall! The 80’s video games were fun as well!!!

Disappointed - not a place to stay in the winter

The cottage itself is appropriate for a rustic outdoor camping adventure. We booked the cabin locally to celebrate my husband's birthday. He is a nature photographer and there were a couple of trails in the area he wanted to visit. The location is not a place that should be rented in the winter from the perspective of risk management and safety. The driveway is lengthy, steep, and treachorous. The owners went into plow the day off our visit which was not sufficient due the rough winter. We barely made it up the hill with 4 wheel drive. We did go in and immediately experienced an unpleasant odor. The heat was set a 50 and should have at least been turned on the day of our arrival. Turning on lights was adventure and we had to reallocate some light bulbs amongst lights. The bathroom was unpleasant and there is a reason they do not show the shower in the pictures. The is dark, extremely small, and I would not go in it without a pair of flip flops. Very disappointed. We live locally so we bailed and went back home. Owners offered us to rebook our stay at a different time. We will not so lost our money.

Cozy and quiet

Perfect little getaway with the hot tub and a cozy and quiet hill. Glad we had the four-wheel-drive car to get up the hill!!!
