“House was neat and tidy - much bigger than impression from photos. Grounds are beautiful with mountain views. Amy was very responsive. Small issue with shower, but was addressed. Was perfect for our family with young children and close to beautiful water hikes and beaches. Would recommend!”

“We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be……

“Home was very spacious. Decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything you needed plus more. The lower level was nice for our adult children who liked to stay up late visiting and sleeping in We were close to trout streams for fishing and wineries for tasting. We had a beautiful brunch at Glenora and hiked Watkins Glen. Home is very centrally located. Thank you for sharing your home. ”

“We had an incredible stay at Seneca Memories! The home, views, and amenities are even more incredible in person, and the neighbors were very friendly! Despite the slow and scenic 7 minute drive down from the main road and limited parking spots (which were all worth it for this stunning home right on the water), everyone had the most amazing long weekend away in this gorgeous lake house.
