“酒店坐落諏訪湖邊, 景色雖好但同時太近馬路, 車聲太多, 晚上都有很多車經過, 大大影響了整個環境. 食物方面尚可, 不過份量太多, 略為浪費. 員工服務態度都好好, 房內的私人溫泉及淋浴設施都滿意整體來說, 這個價錢的話可以有其他更好的選擇”

“We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.”

“Futon style. I paid extra for room facing the river. Waking up to river flowing sound is pretty therapeutic. The room has a toilet bowl room attached with hand washer. But for face and teeth brushing, you will need to go to common bathroom area. Onsen is said to have medicinal properties. There's nothing much around that area. Basically u r there juz to chill and relax. I like their free flow of spring water very much. There is a basic deck for stair viewing as well. Do note that there is a……

“Sasaya was easy to find and is a beautiful old ryokan set in lush surrounds. We were personally greeted at the door, given tea and sweets while being checked in and were shown the facilities so we were familiar with where the baths were. Our room was 8 tatami mats with an extra annex, super quiet and very clean, with separate bathroom. But the best thing about this hotel were the baths - the outdoors rotemburo is just this side of heaven, especially on dusk, and it's private. The indoors baths……
