“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite. We could not sleep the entire night and our experience was a horrifying one. The hotel staff did not even feel apologetic and the manager did not……

“客室の窓の自動ブラインドが故障していて、開閉出来ず、外の景色は全く見えず。 2泊したが、シャワーならお湯が出ず、12月に水のシャワーは辛かった。 ロケーションは悪く無く、スタッフの対応も良いので、残念だった。”

Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in Chandigarh. ”
