You share all outside amenities- kayaks, bikes, swing, zipline, trampoline and treehouse with the separate guest suite on lower level. Big private porch & deck with wood pellet gill!

You can grill out & relax at home or use our 5 kayaks to take in the beauty of the Narrow River (Saving you $125/2 hours of rental) & paddle down to the Narragansett Beach or sandbar! The space
Please make yourself at home and be our guest. A new toaster, oven and microwave are available for all your cooking needs. You can sunbathe next to the garden or pull out the cozy IKEA mattress from inside the couch and snuggle up for movies.
Guest access
Your private entrance to the upstairs is only through the front door. The lower level has 2 women sharing as long term renters. Find the key in the front door lock thru check in instructions before arrival to come by 4pm or any time after that meets your schedule.
Other things to note
If you have more than four people or don’t want to share the two queen beds, let us know so the extra blowup air mattresses can get put out. We just ask for $20 extra for the extra time to wash more sheets and blankets.
