“A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. Lastly, since it is a homestay as i mentioned before, i did not enquire about the availability of lunch or dinner at the premises. As for breakfast, it is provided on……

“I was next to the staff room and they were very noisy throughout the night. Got a little quieter when you asked but started again. 6 floor terrace restaurant very good”

“The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. ”

“Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals.”

“What I liked about the property: Not a 3 or 5 star, but clean rooms and bathroom. The housekeeping staff and other staff were very engaging and helpful. I cannot say the same of the owner and the check in experience, - The lady at check-in claimed that expedia did not charge the correct tariff and would not honor the booking unless I paid INR 15000 more. It was a vulnerable moment for us and we were tired after the journey, so we paid. She gave me a receipt which said that the tariff was……

“The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. One room was spacious and the other was slightly……

We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first.”
