This vacation property is a 6-room semi-detached house spanning 160 square meters across two levels. The spacious living and dining area features a dining table, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system, with access to a terrace. One room on the main level has a double bed, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, six gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, also with access to the terrace. A separate WC is available on this floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, each with a double bed, a pull-out bed, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, two more rooms are present, each with two beds, a shower/WC, and air conditioning.

Amenities Included
The property is equipped with numerous amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is available in several rooms, and heating is provided from October 1st to April 30th. The terrace area features both covered and open spaces, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Conveniences such as a washing machine, children's high chair, and a baby cot are provided.
