Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. However, this discrepancy reflects a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the expected level of service. The combination of the receptionist ( middle age man) 's aggressive and rude behavior, the excessively long check-in process, the lack of proper communication, and the room discrepancy has left me feeling not only disappointed but also concerned about the professionalism and quality of service at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe that I deserved to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay. However, the receptionist's demeanor left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer. Take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff promptly. It is crucial to uphold standards of customer service and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I also seek a refund for the booking, as this experience fell far short of the expected standards of hospitality. I was shocked by the receptionist's rude and aggressive attitude.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff (front desk, breakfast/dining room, and housekeeping) are very friendly and behave in a professional manner wanting to be sure everything is up to your liking. Come hungry to breakfast! They have a full breakfast selection, my favorite was the make your own oatmeal bowl bar. Good water pressure and dual shower head! Rooms are VERY clean. All amenities are in working order as well.

The renovation of the rooms brought the property up to modern specs. The furnishings are modern and quality. The lighted vanity mirror was really nice. The TV worked well. The lighting was simple to use and you can tell it is not an inexpensive junk. The shower in the room was not a cheap cover-up - the workmanship and product quality are evident. AND the best, powerful water flow I've seen in a long time. Overall very stylish and nice. The area was okay too.

Terrific place for a quick overnight! Close to tons of restaurants and convenient to Nashville. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. Nice and clean room that looked fresh!

Very clean common area, very friendly staff at check in and checkout. Pool area looked inviting. Room was small, but well organized and very clean. Loved the walk in shower. Only there overnight, so room size didn't really matter this trip. Breakfast was average. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

It was dirty, A/C smelled like mold. There were no shelves in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. We had to put our stuff on the floor. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but it was close. It is a motel with the door leading directly to the outside where men were sitting in chairs. We could hear them talking just outside the door while we were in bed - a little too close for comfort for us and very weird. The breakfast was very sub par. I don’t understand why it has excellent reviews, I guess I have high standards. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, though. He helped us cancel our reservation early, which is a pain with Expedia.
