Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. However, this discrepancy reflects a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the expected level of service. The combination of the receptionist ( middle age man) 's aggressive and rude behavior, the excessively long check-in process, the lack of proper communication, and the room discrepancy has left me feeling not only disappointed but also concerned about the professionalism and quality of service at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe that I deserved to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay. However, the receptionist's demeanor left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer. Take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff promptly. It is crucial to uphold standards of customer service and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I also seek a refund for the booking, as this experience fell far short of the expected standards of hospitality. I was shocked by the receptionist's rude and aggressive attitude.

Room was very clean and up to date. I should have brought my pillow from home as the pillows in the room were a bit flat, but that’s on me. Good water pressure in the shower too. Would stay here again for sure.

The only problem we had was with the shower, as it didn’t have a shelf in there, so there was no place to put the toiletries needed for the shower. You had to hold them in your hand or place them on the floor of the shower. Other than that, the accomadations were great.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient for my reason for being in town. I recommend bringing your own shampoo since they only provide the tiny bottles in the rooms. The internet is also not as stable as that of some other hotels. Overall I had a good experience there, though and I will stay there again.

it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby.

The parking lot is kind of a mess with really deep drainage grates, like you can practically fit a small car in them. So, driver beware. This place isn’t fancy, but it is adequate and comfortable. I’ve stayed there twice for the same event two years in a row and not had much trouble. This year, my key card kept getting deactivated and I had to go have it reprogrammed twice in a 4 night (3 day) stay. I didn’t use the breakfast option this year but did last year and that is a nice feature. Although my room this year was non-smoking, there was a faint mustiness that seemed to be old smoke smell. It wasn’t bad, but every time I entered, I would notice it. Comfortable beds overall, but the pillows need some work—they are so flimsy. Even if they had a couple flimsy ones with a couple that were a little more full to give people options, that would be nice.

I prefer regular blankets instead of these waterproof “mats.” 2 people had to share 1 dryer, the other dryer was out of service. Other than that it was fine, the lady behind the desk asked if I would prefer downstairs instead of upstairs which was nice of her.
