The hotel was close to where we wanted. The breakfast was great. The air conditioner in the room was loud. The pool was being cleaned for the weekend so that was disappointing. The pool was part of the reason why we chose this hotel.

We checked in 3rd late evening the next afternoon we left after informing the hotel and their cleaning crew to clean the room and unfortunately they had not done. It won’t be returned back to the hotel in the evening and refused to clean the room and secondly the pool was surprisingly operational with the heating system is not working and it was all dirty so my kids just could not use or utilize the pool, which was one of the reasons for us to check into that hotel The front desk representative on the fourth May evening was extremely rude and hung up on my face when I requested them to have somebody sent out to clean the room, which was extremely disrespectful and unexpected / shocking of a hotel of this class

Property was immaculate . Decorated really modern and upscale . Smelled really good upon entry. Staff wasn’t the most friendly but that doesn’t bother me too much. Breakfast was really good, my kid is still talking about all the different choices she could choose from. Lol. Only complaint I have is the party in the room about us was extra noisy . We dealt with it for most of the night but after 12 or 1am we couldn’t take it anymore and called the front desk, but it never stopped. I would stay again :)

-unpleasant front desk/hospitality lacking to say the least. -unable to issue a ”room key”… that was a first. -pool was closed. -had to request coffee to be made at the continental breakfast.

The room we reserved was doubled booked and unavailable. The staff at the location tried to get us another room but they were unable. Ultimately the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to lack of vacancy. We are currently trying to get co formation of the cancellation and ensure our payment is refunded.

I booked for the pool, which has been closed for the past 4 months. This is false advertising. Lobby is attractive but one elevator was out of service, the carpet was frayed and the place looked tired. This place needs a review by corporate headquarters.

Great placement for travelers or tourists, right off of the interstate, close to everything. There is a Tanger Outlet mall nearby, so many dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Only 15 minutes from some of the best spots in downtown Nashville too! The view isn't great (you can't see the city), but the room is clean and nice. And you can hear the vehicles driving on the interstate, but that kind of thing actually lulls me to sleep. Everything is in good working order except for one elevator (there are 2 so you can still get to your room) and the pool (apparently it's been down for cleaning for a month now). The shower is well lit and hot with pretty good pressure. All electronics fully functional, the bed is comfy, the furniture is updated. Overall I was impressed, especially for the price. Check in was easy, there was security, not a lot of foot traffic around the building so I wasn't worried about my car. The staff was very polite to everyone, and professional. I appreciate the little convenience store inside but I would have liked more drink options, all they had was Monster or Diet Dr Pepper.

Booked my room on Expedia with 2 beds and a pull out couch bed. When I got there they didn't have my room so I had to be take a room with only 2 beds and no pull out couch. Bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't have a lock and didn't seal all of the way.
