Everything was stellar. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with fresh cooked eggs, bacon, cereals, fruit and so much more. Convenient to lots of restaurants and highway. Would stay again!

Affordable despite being close to opry mills. And has a round trip shuttle service to downtown for just $15 as of 5/1/2025. Would stay here again!

The room is large. It has a separate area for a couch and desk. The bathroom is large, BUT as with all hotels, it lacks a FAN in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. Dining in the area is limited. Every place seems to carry the same foods.

Staff was nice, especially on of the ladys that help with breakfast. She was very kind and helped my kids with their waffles. I wish I would have gotten her name. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was good, breakfast was good. Had a few problems with the lock on our door, but the staff took care of it right away.

They upgraded our room but stuck us right by the elevator. It ran constantly until after 4am. If they had told me that it was going to be beside the elevator I would have refused it but I felt like I was stuck with it. I didn't get any sleep until after 4am because it ran constantly then right back up before 6am when it started again. There should be a way to make it quiter or have a time that it is shut down. In reality I should have gave it a 0 because when I said something about it nobody cared.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We were staying here for one night on our way back home from Orlando so we just needed a nice place to crash for one night. After reading the reviews and seeing the price we chose to stay here. That was the biggest mistake we could have made. There were roaches in the room so we called down to the front desk and were asked to go to the lobby to talk. We were given a second room and as the worker was getting the new keys ready for us he said that there were “roaches in the walls” and that there have been a “few” complaints recently. Since our one year old was going to be sleeping in a pack and play on the floor we were not thrilled about these statements and after checking out the new room we decided it was not worth the risk and we went to ask about a refund so we could stay someone else. We were told since it was pre-paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We decided to check out anyway an hour after checking in and going some place else. On our way, we called Expedia to ask about a refund and the agent on the phone called the front desk while I was on hold. He came back on the phone and said that the front desk was denying our refund and said they offered another room to us. I don’t care if the room was on another floor or the other side of the hotel. We were told there were roaches in the walls and there were other complaints. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay at a best western suites ever again.

Convenient to food and social interaction! Like that they had free parking. The breakfast & staff were good. I did not like that I couldn’t control the temp / fan options in my room. We woke up to a hot room, almost like they left the air off all night. It didn’t display the temp in the room, just “on” and no working functions.
