I would never stay at this hotel again. There were so many safety and sanitary issues we encountered. There was a 1-in space between the door and the floor, so we could hear people talking and cars. The front desk staff said it would be a $40 charge/day to “upgrade” the room and be moved “inside” where there’s no crack as the bottom. They said the crack is “for ventilation.” We also found what looked like blood on the comforter, make-up stains on a towel, hair on the floor, the desk chair was falling apart/had a huge butt indentation in it, the drapes were halfway falling down, the lights on one side of the bed didn’t work and the fire alarm was beeping. The maintenance man was friendly and assisted with getting clean replacement linen and fixing the light and replacing fire alarm battery. Oh yeah, when we first entered the room, the maintenance man was also sitting down at the desk watching tv. His response was, “oh hello. Was just making sure the tv worked.” He looked surprised and appeared to be on a break.

What I didn't like was the terrible condition and access to get to are room when we get there open looks like never clean was very dust and bed out of there frame, head board bed dust ,bathroom was dust and hair in the floor ,window was broke ,curtin tear off etc, i don't recommend . we was with a infant and a children my husband and daughter we need to clean and disinfect almost like always we was so tired to ask for clean the room, the hall from second floor 200 was with trash and front of our door iron table that never took away since we was there forget for take a picture.

Rooms smelled musky, carpet with worn area to the padding, rusted doorway in the bathroom. TV broken and remote without batteries. Several hotel guest smoking marijuana, drinking beers and leaving empty bottle around the property. Indoor pool open till 11pm so no early night if your room is in doors.

10/10! Some wear and tear in the rooms but nothing terrible and the front desk staff was soo kind! ComplementaryBreakfast is right next door in the adjoining restaurant and it was also very good. The hotel itself was very open and large and they even have an indoor pool. It is right off the highway, but you couldn’t hear all the noise from that.

Exterior of property is dated and in need of cleanup and refurbishment. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping only consisted of picking up and replacing towels. The beds were never made and bathroom was not cleaned or soap restocked.

The staff was extremely friendly, room was exceptionally clean, they accomodated my service dog, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had an amazingly restful and peaceful night sleep. I would recommend to any traveler who is traveling in the area to stay here. Restaurant had delicious hot breakfast .Room was spacious and comfortable. Again super clean.thank you.

The stairwells needs to be better lighting. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere. The price was good but the conditions were average. The air-conditioning wasn't functional. She had to request that the trash be emptied.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. Made you feel so Welcomed form the time we checked in and the time we check out. Would definitely stay here again next time. The hottub and pool is great. Bar is nice. Rooms are clean and nice view of atrium. Also wifi works great.Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is much better than the reviews i have read online. It was clean and comfy bed with good amenities like indoor hout tub for 6 people can fit in. Heated pool was warm enough and enjoyable. I will definitely come back. It was an excellent stay for my wife.

Not the cleanest hotel. Stained sheets and the rooms had a weird smell to it. There isn’t any quiet hours either. Kids were screaming and running around after 10 pm and there was a wedding going on with music super loud until after 11 pm. We were not warned about that. If you want good sleep and a clean place to stay I don’t recommend this hotel.
