For an included breakfast it was pretty good as far as having lots of options. The coffee was that great but the staff and perks were amazing. 2 free cocktails during cocktail hour and what they called hors d’oeuvres that ended up being our dinner twice during our stay. The staff were great at anticipating needs and answered questions. We loved our stay!!

hotel was clean enough for me to feel comfortable sleeping in, but the walls are all paper thin and you can clearly hear everything from other rooms, every time someone opened their door, a draft was created and the doors are super lightweight, meaning my door would shake every time another person opened their door, and it constantly sounded like someone was breaking into my room. also was pretty disappointed by the gym, it literally only had 2 treadmills in there. that’s all. only good thing about it was the free drinks every day from 5-7pm

Always great staying here. People are always friendly and staff is accommodating. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is great with a happy hour in the late afternoon. Convenient location and just a great place to stay. Oh and affordable.

Front desk staff helpful, room cleaned evey day, pool area clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options. Also the Cocktail and snack hour was a nice bonus.

They had excellent amenities, had a happy hour and that night it was a build your own potato bar. They gave 2 complimentary drink tickets to each guest and provided round trip shuttle service for only 15.00 a person. Much better than trying to find parking in an unfamiliar city. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Every afternoon you could join in a free happy hour with a few drinks and snacks before heading out for the evening. It was so nice to have a treat and wait for the shuttle to take you downtown during the week.

I thought the free drinks in the afternoon were unique. Ashley at the front desk was the only friendly person. The other front desk staff were very cold. The commode in my room was leaking at the base. I reported this to the front desk person. She said she'd have it repaired when we checked out, which wasn't until two days later. We weren't offered to change rooms or offered any discount on the bill. I felt this was poor customer service. The leaking toilet emitted a very unpleasant odor. I do hope this issue was taken care of before it was given to a new tenant. The breakfast bar was good, with a nice variety of foods offered. However, the person working the bar was Hispanic and could hardly understand English, which made asking for something or asking a question difficult to communicate.

Cpap machine kept throwing the power out, had to switch rooms late at night. Staff was very helpful tho! Left smart watch in first room, asked about it a day and a half later and had been turned in along with charger!

From the time we checked in to time we left, every staff member was friendly, kind, and cheerful. Always had a smile on their face. One went above and beyond for me in time I needed it. Happy hour was an unexpected benefit and room was excellent. Hot tub was nice and pool was as well. Excellent!
