Nice front desk (Sarah, a super nice mgr!), our room is very comfortable, one of 2 tvs in room not working properly & techs couldn't fix it (grrrr). Clean, nicely appointed bathroom. Nice breakfast. Pool water cold, need to up temperature. Wish they had a hot tub!

The hotel is in a convenient location with a quick shuttle service to downtown. Restaurants are a short walk away. The staff was very nice. Our room refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived but when notified of the problem at the front desk, it was replaced within minutes. The bathrooms are very small and separate from a small sink in the main room. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Great value!!! I was in town for Pearl Jam and stayed M-F for less than $500. The staff was always friendly and the room was clean (I have been to many inexpensive hotels that are just not cleaned well at all). Breakfast is the standard hotel continental. Bathroom is tight with room for tub and toilet. Sink is outside of the bathroom and has very little counter space. A woman might hate it, but I was able to manage with my son. The area has a McDonald's, convenience store,.liquor store, and all-night pizza place all within 3-5 minutes walk. Also there is a cool thrift antique market and Dukes of Hazzard museum within 5-10 minute walk. I would recommend.

This property is located across the road from the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel and a really big shopping mall (Opry Mills) with lots of local and chain restaurants. It's about 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Staff is friendly, rooms and property are very clean and well maintained.Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was friendly & spoke each time I entered & left the facility. The shower pressure was great as well as the hot water. My room was clean & tidy. The coffee maker & fridge worked. A microwave was present, but I did not use it. The toilet & tub area is small if that is something that bothers you. However, I did not mind that & liked the sink & mirror being outside of that area. I loved the white light around the mirror over the sink. I also loved the full length mirror in the room. I cannot speak on the breakfast as we did not partake. When I go out of town, I do not need a fancy place to sleep, so this place was fine for an overnight stay. However, I would not stay here again. The parking lot is HORRIBLE! There is only one way in and one way out. Down one aisle, there is also one way in & one way out, so if you go down this aisle & find no parking spots, then be ready to be frustrated. Also, if someone parks under the awning to unload/load, you cannot get into the second part of the parking area. This happened to me when I finally got out of the dead end aisle. This should not be allowed. There were several cars taking up two parking spots. The lot is small due to the fact that this property isn’t very big & I understand; Therefore, the property should make sure people are only using one spot per vehicle. They do write your name down & make & model of your vehicle when you check in. Also, walls are thin. For the price, I could’ve found something better.

This property was FILTHY!!! The elevator had big spills in it left the entire stay. My white socks were black from walking around in the hotel room. Seriously gross. The staff was very friendly but the property itself is nasty. I was COMPLETELY OVERCHARGED for this stay!!!
