The parking for normal size vehicles is terrible. Only book here if you want door dings on your car. The facilities are good but you need to walk or catch a bus to keep your car safe. Great motorcycle parking.

This hotel was fairly new. The room was lovely; however we had lots of overhead noises, little kids running back and forth, and people dropping items that shook the ceiling. Soundproofing was terrible, but everything else was great!!

I was in a room on the second level near an exit door where people were entering and exiting frequently. I am assuming to smoke. This door needs a soft hydraulic closing mechanism. The door is extremely loud and was waking my daughter and I up in the wee hours of the morning. I was driving my daughter to Texas from Ohio and this was our middle point to get rest. If the door is fixed it will fix the problem.

The property was clean and relatively updated. But it had little quirks. Like there were no hooks or bars to hang your towels in the bathroom, the placement of the faucet over the sink made water splash all over the sink when it was used, lack of closet space, the tv remote was complicated to figure out and the front desk people didn't know how to use it either. Lots of dysfunctional little things. Also, they didn’t clean the room, so we had wet towels piled on the bathroom floor because there was no where to hang them. The worse thing was that they only had 1 person working the entire hotel at night. And it was a busy night, with lots of graduations happening in the area. The poor girl could not keep up with demand of check ins and trying provide service to people calling from their rooms for various needs. There were long waits to check in and unanswered phone calls. The front desk was left empty for long periods of time ,as the girl made deliveries to rooms. I feared for her safety, with her being there by herself. And feared for mine, with the front desk being unmanned. Any random person could have walked in unnoticed.

627 Old Hickory Comfort Inn &Suites was so close to the family we were visiting its been open less than a war everthing was in great condition looked nice smelled good, but have to complain about the bed king room just was too soft and folded in on you i had neck issue the next morning and my husband had hip issues the next sm. Other than the bed can’t complain:)

We had the BEST stay here last weekend! We spent two nights after checking out of a nightmare of a hotel the first night. Coming here was a breath of fresh air! Everything was SO clean and smelled great. Even the hallways smelled fresh. Our bed was beyond comfortable. Bathtub was super clean and all appliances were clean as well! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful when we needed extra towels. This location is about 18 minutes from downtown Nashville but just far enough away to be away from the crowds! Ice cold lemon water in the lobby was great. We didn’t eat the breakfast because we slept in but they do have a great selection! We will be back! Thank you!!

Check in process was OK until I got to my room which was hot. The young lady at the front desk would not listen to me nor believe that the air conditioning was not running. She treated me like a senile old lady. I’ve stayed in 1000 hotels and know how to operate a thermostat. We ended up changing rooms where I told her the AC was on, it was loud and the room was cool.
