Very thin walls. The desk person argued with me at check in. They shut off the water for 3 hours without prior notice. After that there were long pieces of toilet paper hanging from the ceiling vent. The furniture was old; the desk was actively stripping off the vinyl. The bed was good and so was the breakfast

The staff were extremely rude. Asked for a extra pillow and blanket for my son who was sleeping on a pull out sofa. No sheets or blankets for the sofa. When i tried to call front desk. Room phones did not work. The room TV did not work. Attempted to call front desk with cell phone numerous times. No amswer. So i walked down to front desk and asked for extra blanket and pillow. Clerk scoffs at me. Then asks me why do i need extra. I explained the reasoning and she says...why cant you just share! Absolutely horrible service. Will never use a comfort inn again.

The staff, especially the woman at the front desk is rude and nasty! Always wears a mask and makes people feel like she’s better than everyone! I left and it’s been 10 days since she said she was returning my money. Needless to say I still don’t have It.

Great hotel to stay at. Easy parking, place is super quiet, I don’t know if there wasn’t anybody next to us but I didn’t hear anyone and I didn’t even hear the elevator the entire night. Room was very nice, big comfortable bed, great pillows, and very clean. Breakfast was phenomenal and I enjoyed it. Only complaints were the staff weren’t talkative, breakfast lady didn’t even greet us, as well as the morning shift front desk person urged us to take a survey and mention him even though he didn’t even help us besides just taking our keys and checking us out. Why would we mention him in the survey if he didn’t even assist us really? Elevator was also nerve wracking, it was slow and shook when you get off of it, and I feel like there should be more than one elevator in the building.

We did not do our homework on this property. Expedia ranks this 8/10 and it is not. Very unsafe area. We traveled from Florida to stay here with our 4 children. When we pulled in we found the area to be uneasy and the outside property to be unkept. Upon check in i started reading reviews about this location regarding multiple cars being broken into and the lack of cleanliness to name a few. I unfortunately had already check in, we didn’t even go to our room, i returned our keys and inquired about a refund. The woman at the desk was nice but denied a refund which i totally understand. We chose to drive 7 hours home and take $150 hit than stay at this property. I would recommend not staying here, my family felt very uneasy about the location and the reviews solidified that.
