The guest services attendant was very helpful and got me checked in promptly upon my arrival. He got me a room on the 5th floor and it was perfect. The only drawback I had, was that the room was dusty in some areas. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I have to complain about was the HORRIBLE automatic air fresheners placed throughout the hotel. It made my husband's asthma flare very badly to the point he needed his inhaler. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

The hotel is close to the airport. That's the best thing I can say about it. If you need to go in the opposite direction, it's very difficult. We ended up driving about three miles in terrible traffic so that we could go two doors down from the hotel. The hotel is showing a bit of wear and tear. The air conditioning is tragically underwhelming and the bed and pillows are simply among the worst I've ever encountered. The TV reception was very poor with the wrong aspect ratio as well. Staff were nice and transport to airport was efficient. We didn't have the free breakfast due to an early flight (a grab and go option would've been nice). I don't believe we'd choose this hotel again.

The floors were dirty, didn’t see anyone cleaning the whole 4 days. The pillows on the bed were horrible, flat and small. Very uncomfortable. The guy that checked us in was very nice, but the rest of the front desk staff weren’t as nice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked a night here and as soon as I got inside of the room it had a strong unpleasant odor, I went back down to front desk and told them I couldn’t stay here because of the odor, return the room key and was still charged unjustly. I called back the next morning spoke with a manger and he told me he was going to give me a call back and still haven’t received a call. This place had unprofessional staff.

Hotel is very hard to get to. They charge $5.00 a night to park. Luckily i booked in March so I didn't have to pay. Shower floor is very slippery. Beds weren't that comfortable pillows were aweful. Hotel was clean, front staff was nice. We will not stay here again because of pay to park and hard to get to.

I didn’t like that at check in I was informed that there was a parking fee. It does not state that at the time of the reservation. Next there is construction being done on the main road you will need to access the entrance. One needs to make a u turn in order to access the entrance.

Calling it like it is. This place is run down and dirty. It needs a total revamp in public areas and rooms. Only one elevator was working. Maid service had a small infant with them working. Parking it atrocious. Breakfast was very average. Walls needed scrubbing and painting . Elevator floor was dirty. Getting in and out of location is difficult .
