Great time

This short Mommas get away was great !! We had no issues and such a short drive to Broadway. Uber was less the 22.00 each way. Parking was different but we figured it out!

Quick spring break trip

I needed to be in Nashville for work which coincided with my kids spring break. Since my mother in law lives 2 hours away in KY, we decided to make it a visit and included my sister in law and her husband too. The condo fit us perfectly (2 couples and 2 kids) and the location was great. Close to airport, close to downtown, close to highways. It was adorably decorated and the property management was easy to contact! The only minor complaint is that it could have been a bit cleaner (it was dusty, there was a small stain on the floor of the kids room, and the tub in the downstairs bedroom didn’t look as clean) but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Nice place!

It was a very nice place, and we all liked it. Luckily my knees didn't have an issue with the stairs but there are a lot of stairs. We couldn't get the living room TV to change channels. Seemed like it was the wrong remote. Other than that, it was all great.

Overall a good experience. Location of surrounding neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Reasonable response time to any questions asked. Loved the bathroom in each room.

Condo close to downtown

Overall good place to stay but you can tell this is a high turn over place to stay. Lots of wear and tear noted. Also will likely not stay on the East side of town next time as break ins are bad. Our car was broken into the 1st night (both passenger windows broken, wallet and 1500 cash stolen) along with 8 other cars in the complex, apparently this is very common in this area. Cop said Friday and Saturday nights are the worst. Best if you can get your car in the garage. I drive a Yukon XL and first night we didn’t think it would fit so we left the garage open and that was our mistake as pretty much every car out of the garage was hit that night. We were able to get in the garage at an angle. If you park in the garage and close it you should be ok.

Townhouse Met our Needs Very Well

Great place for 3 friends from 3 states to meet and have fun catching up! We used Uber for all our activities - hop on hop off tour, Grand Ole Opry, restaurants, Country Music Hall of Fame, Farmers Market, downtown. Loved having breakfast “at home” and a place to relax comfortably after a busy day!

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Close to downtown. Ride shares were always available and quick to get there. The condo was very nice and spacious. Perfect for groups.

Great space out of dowtown Nashville

We wanted to stay out of downtown Nashville for July 4th weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle and this was a good fit for us. The home had great space for the 5 of us. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was moderately stocked but we had what we needed to cook breakfasts.

Good spot to stay in Nashville

Not far from broadway or anywhere we needed to go but close enough via Uber to get there. But not much around walking distance if that’s what you’re looking for. Would book again if we ever go back to Nashville.

The property worked for what we were doing. This property slept 7 adults comfortably. Had no issues Ubering to downtown. Not much in walking distance for restaurants and or groceries, definitely need a ride.

All in all it was a great place. Garage wasn’t very big and was unable to fit 2 vehicles (truck and car), and there is limited parking at the complex. But the inside of the property was spacious and extremely clean!

Bachelorette weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable, fitting the entire group with nice decor and vibe. We also appreciated having 4 bathroom options, including showers!! A LOT OF STAIRS, just a warning that I wasn’t expecting to experience. We had very good communication with the host and they gave us all the answers to our questions. I would recommend this condo for larger groups!

Big and COMFORTABLE!
