Lovely room, terrible service. Paid via expedia in advance. Then decided i didn't need 5 days and only 4. Tried to check out early and while the Hotel assured me I could do so and that it wouldn't be a problem to refund the last day, they stated i had to do it through expedia. Expedia stated that it wouldn't be a problem at all, they just had to verify it with the hotel.
I checked out, and they couldn't figure out how to communicate to get it done. Expedia says the hotel stopped responding to them, but they were so responsive when i was there, i don't know.
No matter how you shake it, terrible experience getting charged for an extra day when everyone on both sides assured me it wouldn't be a problem to leave early.
