I reserved my room days before taking my road trip, upon arrival about 3:30 p.m. I was told my reservation got canceled, no one notified me, no email, no text, no phone call, I received 3 check in early notifications, when trying to click those links I received an error, probably because my room got canceled without me knowing, when I approached the desk I was greeted with a “What’s Up” the worker then asked me my name and said hold on let me call someone because I dont see your name, after showing him my confirmation he said oh yeah you used Expedia thats third party to us so we dont see what you see, I use Expedia every single time I book a hotel and my room has never gotten canceled, when he made the phone call the person on the other end said yeah we canceled the room because we started to sell out and we started running cards, when I booked my room I clicked Pay at the HOTEL, as I do most of the time just in case something were to come about, he again told me yeah there is nothing I can do. I recommend Expedia remove them from their site since everything is blamed on them not doing things the same through third party, if you have a rsvp with this hotel I advise you call before you go to be sure you still have a room, we drove 4 hours from home and was stuck searching for a place to stay which put a halt on my plans causing me to spends hours looking for a place to stay and having to come out of pocket with extra money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS JANKY HOTEL
