This Hotel had overbooked its rooms and cancelled my reservation along with 12 others. They offered no other assistance about helping find another hotel. Truly complete dissatisfaction with this hotel.

This hotel is nicely built and maintained. For the most part, everything was clean and smelled very clean. However, the service was not good. They appear to be short staffed, so the whole time we were there, the front desk staff were juggling multiple tasks that took them away from the customers at the front desk. There was no one working the breakfast area, the front desk person was working the front desk and the breakfast area. This led to there being a shortage of many things and there was much to be desired for breakfast. Also, there were some of the front desk people who seemed annoyed if you needed help. There was even a day when we asked for towels and were told that they didn’t have any. Very poor service.

Our room had a puddle of water in front of the fridge, the mattress had a stain on the side, and at 8am someone with maintenance knocked on our door and could only communicate with us using a Google Translator app. We will not be staying here again.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the drain in the bathroom tub didn’t not drain properly. It drained the water really slow which cause us to be standing in water while taking a shower. There was also a stinch of smell upon entering the room. Not too bad of a smell, but not as fresh as it could be.

The property was fine. The guest service was not. I complained several times about guests in the floor above literally running late into the night and early in the morning. I was refused a new room due to capacity. There was no offer of a discount or any other consideration. Claims of " sorry nothing I can do.

While clean and tidy, some issues observed were: 1) only three tissues in the single tissue box in the bath 2) the phone didn’t work. 3) several lamps were unplugged or non-functional. 4) coffee maker was missing a key component.

We always stay at this property when we come to town. Have always been so pleased with it. This time that was not the case. The buffet offered food, but no drink options, not even water. There was an area where you could purchase water and those were out as well. Seems like such a simple option to be able to offer water to your guests, even if you have to go purchase some. We had several other issues, but for the most part, the front desk was able to resolve for us. They were always very friendly, but not always really knowledgeable. We don’t wanna give up on this hotel, because we really like the location and the convenience of it. But hoping some of the issues we had this time will be resolved on our next day.

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading recent reviews but my daughter and I had a good experience. Safe, clean, no issues except the fact that they didn't have breakfast as advertised. Though they did say that is starting up again this coming week.

Beware - this hotel does not reliably provide breakfast, despite advertising that it is included. Upon check-in, our family of 6 was told that there was no breakfast available at the hotel (and apparently hadn't been available all month), due to "weather." We had to spend $50 at McDonald's the next morning to feed our family. If the hotel's breakfast supplies couldn't get to them, they certainly could have picked up some juice, bagels and muffins at the grocery store for their guests. Instead, they left their families in the lurch. At the time of our stay, there were several soccer teams also staying on property - all of which were scrambling for food they thought they had arranged.
