The most notable stand-out attribute was the staff. They were the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Ayush went above and beyond to help find my daughter’s ear buds. He even searched outside in the courtyard (unsolicited). This kind of service is unheard of. We arrived 5 hours before check-in and our flight home was 4 hrs after check-out. For both scenarios, they stored our luggage in a locked closet so we could use the time to see more of Nashville without lugging bags.
The 2 bedroom accommodation that we rented was clean, spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the shower water pressure is good and the air conditioner works well. The decor and style is industrial (metal accents, polished cement floors and very high ceilings). The bathroom is gigantic and is accessible from the primary bedroom as well as the hallway.
The location is good, walkable to so many places. We walked to and from Broadway (10 min walk, safe neighborhood) every day. We walked to the grocery store twice (10 min) and to The Gulch twice. Uber/Lyft was easy too with most rides in the $5-7 range. If you don’t want to stay on broadway or in a hotel, Mint House is a very good choice.
