Music City Abode - 4BD/4BTH - Stunning Rooftop!

Welcome to this stunning townhome located near Berry Hill, just beyond the heart of downtown Nashville. Located minutes from Nolensville Pike, you’ll find a lively array of local favorites like Baja Burrito, The Eastern Peak, and unique local shops to explore. Plus, you’re just a short 15 minute drive to Broadway and all the excitement of downtown — making it the perfect spot to enjoy Nashville’s eclectic charm!



The space

This beautiful townhome offers you four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Your group will have plenty of space to sleep with three queen beds and a king bed in the master suite! The open concept kitchen and living space gives you ample room to be together and enjoy your trip! You can also enjoy your morning coffee (or some pre-Broadway beverages) on the gorgeous rooftop, while playing a friendly game of cornhole. Enjoy all the perks of the city, while relishing the peace of a quiet local neighborhood.

Amazing home, privacy with bedrooms /bathrooms. Rooftop hangout was a favorite, open kitchen/ living room for meals and family time was great. Close to Broadway and Music Valley. Hope to stay here again.

Really Nice!

Coming to Nashville on business. Loved that Broadway was a 10 minute straight shot with no interstate travel. Location is ok but a great little bar "Rosie's" is right around the corner as is anything else you might need. Lots of steps so don't bring grandma unless she is spry and might not be great for kids but for us it was excellent. Very new, very clean. Had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect for Sharing with Friends

Three friends and I were in Nashville for a 7 day Tai Chi Retreat that was just 1/2 mile away. The townhouse looks and feels exactly like the photos. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths provided a perfect combination of privacy and connection (due to open kitchen living room design). It could not have been a more perfect place to share with friends (or family)
