The area this stately home is located in has exploded with new and trendy restaurants, venues, and shops in the past few years. The property is close to everything, but it's very quiet, and very peaceful at night. Many of the very best restaurants in town are within a half to one mile radius. So, you can take a stroll or quick Uber ride for your favorite activities. It's fun and convenient never needing a car. This property is on Nashville's trolley line. The trolley will take you to many of the best restaurants.

The space has 12 bedrooms and sleeps 32. Floor plan available upon request. There is plenty of privacy as well as large gathering places. This house is equipped with all new plumbing and tank-less water heaters for instant hot water. A new high end washer and dryer is on each floor. This property has a new geothermal heating and air conditioning system.

Attend summer camp, sporting contests, or other events at Vanderbilt which is a few blocks away. Or just fill the kitchen with groceries and enjoy watching movies or entertaining family & friends.
