If your looking for a quiet room, this is not your place. Of the two levels, level 2 has an adjoining wall to the saloon and the music doesn't stop and the walls don't stop banging till 2am. Level 3 has no music sound, yet all night long the HVAC equipment which you can see looking up at the bottom of the roof (industrial look), cycles on for 15 seconds, then off for 15, then on again, then off again.
If your looking to be able to drive up, check in and drop bags, this isn't it. There is no one that works onsite but a security guard you see when you go up the elevator to the second floor where the rooms start. You'll need to park at public parking ($45/night) across the street and schlep your luggage (thru the snow for me).
The rooms are clean and very nice, and your able to text any concerns (they were very nice). But you never see anyone but the security guard.
Location is very good as your able to walk to many nice places.
If it wasn't for the noise, lack of anyone on site to help and not being able to drop your luggage, it's not bad.
Just know what your getting when you stay here as it could be ok for some and not for others.
