The staff were wonderful! The place was clean and well maintained. I loved having my favorite Starbucks coffee available every morning. The roof top deck was relaxing and a fun place to sit outside. If I get to come back this is where I will stay. It was close to all the action and the prefect place to stay in every way!

Beautiful property but be prepared for noisy as it is directly beside Coyote Ugly. Our stay was a Saturday Night, so a weeknight stay would probably be much more quiet.

Nice place - Great location for seeing downtown Nashville - disliked the fact the rooms didn't have any windows, and really disliked the on-line check-in procedure. A member of staff was available to help with check-in, but the process leading up to it with on-line registration was difficult - perhaps because I had 2 different people checking in via an expedia reservation, but way too much hassle.

Location is the absolute best! The staff is wonderful and the rooms are great. It’s very industrial so the only thing we missed was no windows in the rooms. Just different. Highly recommend if you want to be close to all Broadway has to offer!

Stayed two nights great location for all things on Broadway. The app worried me because you use your phone to open your door. Needed to make sure I didn’t run out of battery. They don’t have maid service So we made our own bed and reused our towels. The robes they provide are the best EVER!

Liked- Large/clean/beautiful room, excellent location, large rooftop area with awesome view, coffee bar with Starbucks machine. Keurig, fridge, microwave and safe in room. Disliked- Walls are thin. Could hear the people next door very clearly and loudly. Parking is convenient but you have to pay for it. You need your phone for access to all areas. If you lose it you’re screwed. No window in our room (3rd floor). Would definitely stay here again during the off season (less noisy). Definitely bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive….or pray you have no neighbors !

If your looking for a quiet room, this is not your place. Of the two levels, level 2 has an adjoining wall to the saloon and the music doesn't stop and the walls don't stop banging till 2am. Level 3 has no music sound, yet all night long the HVAC equipment which you can see looking up at the bottom of the roof (industrial look), cycles on for 15 seconds, then off for 15, then on again, then off again. If your looking to be able to drive up, check in and drop bags, this isn't it. There is no one that works onsite but a security guard you see when you go up the elevator to the second floor where the rooms start. You'll need to park at public parking ($45/night) across the street and schlep your luggage (thru the snow for me). The rooms are clean and very nice, and your able to text any concerns (they were very nice). But you never see anyone but the security guard. Location is very good as your able to walk to many nice places. If it wasn't for the noise, lack of anyone on site to help and not being able to drop your luggage, it's not bad. Just know what your getting when you stay here as it could be ok for some and not for others.

Very cool part of the city. Walkable and tons of bars, restaurants, and live music. The room was nice and clean, but has no windows, which is disorienting. They have very limited staff to address issues. And there were two big ones - the wifi was terribly slow and also just died at times. Secondly, they were out of bottled water the entire time.

The hotel was fine. They did not tell us there was construction so we had no parking. It was pouring down rain. I got a $94 parking ticket trying to unload and load my vehicles. Add to walk. Add to walk almost two blocks with all my luggage in the pouring rain
