“I booked this property for the 2024 F1 race in Baku. Zero communication from the property owner. I reached out to try and get instructions for access to the property and heard nothing from them so I reached out to VRBO. After numerous attempts by me and VRBO to contact the owner he finally answered his phone and said hi unit wasn’t available for the weekend.
To say this let me stranded is an overstatement. The only non roach motels still available we more than 7 times the price I had paid for……

“Expedia and VRBO kept bouncing me back between their respective support teams. The host never responded and never sent in any instructions. They tried contacting them but no response. After multiple hours with VRBO and Expedia support - I got booked at a place half hour away. Such a terrible experience. Don't book VRBO properties via Expedia app. The reservation would not load on the VRBO app. You have to deal with two separate support teams that don't talk to each other. ”

“Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”

“Начну с того, что заявленные двуспальная кровать "King Size" и диван-"кровать" таковыми не являются. Кровать стандартного размера, а диван не раскладной - взрослый человек на нем не сможет лежать. Сказал об этом администратору - обещали исправить описание. При заселении номер не был готов к приему троих взрослых человек, хотя бронировал заранее. Правда, достаточно быстро организовали третье спальное место - сначала матрас, а на утро и целую кровать принесли. Во всем остальном были только……
