I am going to provide an honest review. The hotel staff, cleanliness, and food were very good. I have no complaints about these 3 things. Ah, the bed is also comfotable. However, the hotel needs a major renovation; everywhere you look, there is a need for repair, maintenance, and/or updating. Another good thing is that the walk from the hotel to the beach is very short. My room had a moldy odor when we came in, it was bad. I complained about it, and they sent housekeeping to clean it better, and after that, I did not smell it anymore. It rained for a couple of days and that caused a leak inside the elevator and on the sealed windows at the staircase. I said to one of the staff, "there is water leaking inside the elevator", his answer, "yeah, that happens when it rains"...i said, "oh no, this is not safe". Seeing that the guy was not going to do anything about it, I went to the reception area to complain. Eventually, they fixed the elevator. I would come back to the Bahamas, but not to Breezes Hotel. Although the staff and food are excellent, the hotel is a little bit of an eyesore. Additionally, there is no elevator to access the "fancy" restaurants. We were traveling with an elderly person, and it was an inconvenience. The only reason to stay at this hotel is that you cannot beat the price. If you are not super picky, you will be fine.

Breezes was a great place to stay on a budget. The food options really beat our expectations and the staff were very friendly and fun. The water does taste like well water a bit but it did not get us sick and the soda options helped mask that taste. Would definitely return here as there are not many all-inclusive options in Nassau. Overall a great experience.

The resort is on a beautiful beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the resort is dated it’s well maintained and super clean. The food is delicious. They even have showers in change rooms for people to use your flight is later in the evening. The change room is equipped with shampoo,soap and body lotion. Absolutely would return.

I enjoyed my stay very much. But there was one moment that disappointed me. I was there on business. There was a moment when someone needed to get ahold of me during my meeting for a serious situation, but the hotel failed to reach me and failed to inform the people trying to reach me that they never contacted me. This caused serious problems. Otherwise, I had a good time.

Read so many negative reviews about this place before going that I wasn’t sure what we were walking into. We walked into paradise is what we walked into. For being 55 years old it is still in good shape, clean and beautiful. People complained about the rooms being outdated, our room was clean, the shower worked great and the bed was big and comfortable. As we didn’t come there to stay in our room, it met our needs perfectly. People complained about the food, we ate at every restaurant they have and the buffet as well as the pool side grill and enjoyed everything we ate. The beach was gorgeous and the ocean was spectacular and that was what we came for. If you are looking for a 5 star resort go to a 5 star resort and I’m sure you’ll complain about it too ! If you want a beautiful, quiet, peaceful, laid back, friendly place to relax and unwind and soak up some sun and salt water then Breezes is your place to go. It will definitely be on our list of places to revisit in the future !!

For the price this resort was a great value. The best thing about this resort is the staff!! Everyone was so friendly and willing to do anything to make your vacation better. The property is super clean and being a smaller resort all activities and amenities aren’t a far walk. The resort is older and could use some updating but rooms were very clean. The only downfall of the resort was the food at the buffet and a la carte. Most of the time wasn’t very hot and not great options but the bbq at the beach was delicious especially the jerk chicken. Overall we had a great time and would return.

The place needs some kind of renovation badly . The bedroom floor and the furniture are very dirty.. Cockroaches crawling in the elevator. From breakfast to diner food was ok. Entertainment at night was sucked, terrible.. Some of the staff was helpful and nice. I don’t think I will go back there.

Staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful, property was beautiful and spacious, food was surprisingly good for a buffet, with lots of tasty options. Pool and beach were so relaxing! Taxi drivers were great. They also have lots of activities throughout the day and night which was a pleasant surprise (limbo, live band, merengue) We did note the WiFi did not work well in the pool area. Would definitely recommend!
