Atlantis access: main reason for booking this. No issue. would be easier to get the wristband for the entire stay, rather than have to get one every day.
Free breakfast: nice if you’re on a budget. choices are limited: eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, waffles (bad), cereals (2-3), pastries (don’t look good). please, learn how to make waffles. They were very chewy and taste nothing like waffles. Would have appreciated croissants or pains au chocolat, which are typical.
Wifi: good but not always stable. Had to disconnect / reconnect several times. And you have to agree to terms every day, so it will disconnect at night. That could bring data usage issues if not careful.
Room: ok. They did upgrade the furnishings, but the carpet, walls, bathroom and overall state of the room is meh. Not worth the price. The bathroom is particularly weird. It’s fully open, right when you enter the room. And only the toilet / shower are behind a door.
Cleanliness: overall ok, but they don’t seem to be doing a thorough job. The carpet is not so great. And… the dead bug near the bed was still there when I left.
Staff: great. Friendly and helpful.
Noise: please, fix the door to the pool/restaurant. That door closes automatically in an extremely loud way. And my room being next to it, I was awaken at 7am every day, due to all the guests going for breakfast. Not great.
Water: they provide free water bottles every day. not environmentally friendly. (Atlantis has bottle refill stations)
