“Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Secluded and quiet, but walkable to many stores and even a bar. Community pool was a huge bonus for the kids. Straight shot to Bethany Beach. We loved staying at this house and would happily return in the future. ”

“The house and location was wonderful. In a very quiet community. The community offered a gym, pool and tennis courts. We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the shuttle system to the beach was a life saver. It was a clean place and we all enjoyed having our own privacy space in the house. Steven was very responsive. ”

“Lovely Villa. Had almost everything we needed. Close to Bethany Beach. Ocean City a bit far timewosedie to trafficOutdoor pool was large and clean. Rec center was nice. Loved having bikes to use and beach itemsCommunity was not. crowded or loud. Parking a couple of days was a challenge. Especially getting our one spot in front of the villa and our truck was too large for garage. Overall though great”

“Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”
