“Loved the apartment and pool/beach”

“Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. It have been more than 10 days I already presented proof that I was requested by the owner but I haven’t……

“Upon arrival our names and vehicle information werent on entry list to property. After 3 calls we were able to contact host. Property for the most part was clean and had every appliance needed to include washer and dryer. Upon inspection of upper floor bathroom i found a crack and unevenness in tub and broken drawers i took photos and and sent to host so that he was made aware and didnt use bathroom as there were 2 other downstairs what i thought was minor inconvenience. “This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. Our group consisted of a wide age range from young children to grandparents and the condo was perfect for all.
