Super agradable ls hostal, tiene todo lo necesario. Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. La atencion de Matias y su familia es maravillosa, son personas que te hacen sentir cómodo desde que llegas, mucha calidez humana. Es un buen lugar para llegar.

Hostal Baquedano is a gem! From the moment we entered the door to the moment we left, we felt very welcome and like old friends. The staff is so warm and friendly, and made our stay very comfortable. They did not hesitate to give us dining tips, arranging transportation for us, checking on our pickup times for tours, and just making our stay so comfortable and worry free. The bed was comfy, lots of hot water, in a very clean and comfy room. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious; even the box breakfast provided to us on an early tour morning had a great selection of breakfast foods. Thank you to Hector and family for making our stay so wonderful. We have wonderful memories of Hostal Baquedano.

The place was fine and the staff, too, but I was shocked and upset when given the wrong key for my room, but it worked!!! That made me feel very unsafe re security Also one window would not close and lock. Again....very insecure

This place was simple and very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They serve a very nice breakfast and can also pack a to-go breakfast if you are leaving early for your excursions. It has a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. And it’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop.

I had an amazing stay here! The owners are so nice, friendly, and helpful. They'll take good care of you and it'll surely be a positive experience. The rooms are also nice and there's a good breakfast in the morning. Go for it without a second thought!

Staff is extremely friendly and available. We hiked the W and it was well set up to store our luggage while we trekked and provide breakfast before we left, easily accommodating our crazy time schedules. Room was clean, space was plenty. 11 min walk to bus terminal. Perfect place for us!

The owners did an excellent job. They seemed to be there 24 hours a day. The room is basic but clean and the shower is basic but hot with clean towel. The WiFi was a little spotty in our room but not anywhere in the lobby area. We stayed there on two separate nights while doing the w trek and the held our excess luggage. Breakfast was more and better than expected. I will recommend to family and friends when they do the w trek

I stayed at Hostal Baquedano for 6 nights as a solo female traveler (I was not able to find decently priced accommodations inside Torres del Paine National Park bc I waited to the last minute to book lodging). Finding this gem, however, worked out for the best as I was able to be centrally located in Puerto Natales and see a lot of the park by booking daily tours (every tour I booked was able to pick me up before and drop me off after each tour). It is a simple, safe, wonderful, clean and centrally located hotel with walkable access to the waterfront and a lot of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores to pick up essentials. The owners, Hector and Sandra, are wonderful hosts and are so immensely kind. I loved my stay and would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful family run hotel. The owners Sandra and Hector are incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is spotless and although the rooms are small they make great use of the space with clever shelving ! Beds are made every day and the shower has great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is great…yoghurt and cereal, toast, fresh fruit and freshly scrambled eggs if you like. Restaurants and food stores are all within easy walking distance. I cannot say enough good things about this simple but lovely little hotel.
