Staffs are friendly and professional. The unit is little small but it was functional. You can hear the echoes of doors opening/closing through the hallway, but unit has ear plugs to reduce the noise. The breakfast had time slots to limit the number of guests at the same time in cafeteria, so it wasn't crowded. The food was great with lots of options.

The hotel is very clean and accessible to restaurants, groceries and attractions in Puerto Natales. The hotel staff especially James and the young lady during check-in were very attentive to our needs.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights. The reception staff were really helpful with booking us a tour and taxi to the airport. You can hear some noise in the corridor but it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews suggest and we slept through. Breakfast was also great.

This place is SO loud. The hallways are terrible. If you are exhausted after trekking, or wanting a relaxing retreat, this isn’t a place for you. As others have mentioned, the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear through them. Thankfully when I was there all of the guests were very respectful and quiet so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful
