All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE LIVING AREA

The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

Between the 3 bedrooms and the sofas and couches around the house, it’s possible to sleep up to 16 guests here in the home. Bring your own air mattress if you plan to sleep more people.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "E 12th St, National City, CA 91950" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.

• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process
