“The property was very clean, tidy and secure. Unfortunately parking is a pain. I had to park over the road in an underground car park. It seemed pretty secure but with luggage to transport it was annoying. The man on reception was friendly but he didn’t offer my VIP benefit until I asked for it and even then it was not what I expected. I found the pillow to be too soft so I tried two but too high. I asked at reception if they had others that were firmer but they had nothing ☹️. The stay was……

“My family got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was such a nice penthouse apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back to stay if we visited Canberra again!”
