“Staff was very helpful especially Ishvi at the front check in. She was very accommodating in our request. Chef Amit was very hospitable at the buffet. Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. “The hotel doesn’t have a lift which was problematic for those with mobility issues in our group. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help us with local phonecalls & taxis which was appreciated & accommodated us when extending our stay. A few minor enhancements would improve the room e.g. having hooks behind the door in bathroom or a rail to hang towels. Breakfast could have more continental options but was not bad for what we paid. There was building work going on immediately……

“Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place……
