“We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong……

“As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.”

“Nice hotel. Easy to find and close to trolleybus, bed was a little hard but all in all everything great. Breakfast was simple and tasted delicious. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but for the money I paid it was more than sufficient. ”

“Beautiful Hotel very close to center of the city. Staff is very friendly and Yes, they do speak English. All you have to do is ask and they recommend something, and it is spot on. Very clean, Kitchen is wonderful and it Gormet each and every time. Remember it take 30 minutes to prepare you meal. They will tell you so relax and enjoy the wine and ambience. That is part of the experience.....”
