“Great staff, ”

“Hotel com boa estrutura, porém localização apenas razoável. Minha hospedagem ocorreu no período de inverno e o sistema de ar-condicionado central estava desligado, causando grande desconforto para dormir por causa do calor no quarto. Reclamei algumas vezes com os responsáveis pelo hotel, mas não houve solução. O café da manhã poderia ter queijos (não dispõe) e pães (possui apenas pães de forma). ”

“I was staying for my work at visa seeker shuttle service. It was only 10 minutes away by car. Services were exactly as advertised. I wish they could add complimentary water on check-in. ”

“Even though breakfast was included and i needed to leave for work early but no breakfast was given saying we will give once you come back as its too early. We came back and they were still so reluctant to provide breakfast but on insistance they eventually did. ”

“Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. ”

“I booked this hotel from expedia for my wife and sister in law arrived from canada for a short trip to islamabad. First i will write the worst part. The room quality was very average or below the standard. The elevator had issues so they shifted the family to centaurus suite which was more pathetic and shower ,iron, furniture was pathetic. The contact number on expedia was not actove and i sesrched the other number where staff was available. Again shifted back to Movinpick after the issue was……

“I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com……
