“Apartment befindet sich in Stettin im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Es gibt ein gleichnamiges Apartment in Swinemünde, wo ich eigentlich hin wollte. Die Verwechslung konnte nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Kundenservice war gar keine Hilfe. Stornierung ausgeschlossen. Habe von gebuchten 14 Nächten (die ich ja am Meer verbringen wollte) 2 Nächte dort verbracht und bin dann ans Meer gefahren. Ausstattung war okay. Es fehlte Toilettenpapier und die Küche war sehr……

Leider war das Appartement bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber ( dreckige Regale und Schmutz auf dem Boden und in den Ecken). In unserem Appartement gab es eine Terrasse und einen Balkon. Perfekt, um mal Pause zu machen, aber es gab keinerlei Sitzmöbel für draußen. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und zu Fuß lässt sich alles erreichen. ”

“Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality……

“Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant.
