We come in last week late and we needed help with a crib for a baby, the front desk helped us immediately didn’t matter it was past midnight, they also helped us rent a car from a trustworthy company and make breakfast possible even if we missed the time. “The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ship an item we forgot all the way to Brasov, and kept in contact throughout the process. The rooms are decent. If you stay in any "old town" in Romania, don't expect elevators or ultra-modern amenities. It was a great experience”
