“I needed a room in Palermo, so I booked this hotel on September 18th, for a two-night stay starting the next day, from September 19 to 21. The booking went through, payment was made, and I received a confirmation. The next morning, I found an email in my inbox stating that an error had occurred, without providing any additional details, and informing me that my reservation had been canceled. So, I can't comment on the actual hotel experience; the service was so bad that I couldn't even get……

“Such a great location and spotless rooms! Paolo was fantastic to deal with and really made us feel at home. There was a lovely shared living space on our floor with pastries and beverages set out for all the guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Giovanna hosted breakfast in the mornings and she was an absolute delight as well. Both Paolo and Giovanna made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. Paolo gave us amazing recommendations for places to see, which was especially helpful……
