“We loved our stay at this VRBO! The property's location was ideal for our visit to the Ballard area, offering us easy access to the trails that lead to Shilshole Bay and the Chittenden Locks. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with a great view of the bay right from the house. We also loved the private backyard—it was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. “This place was better than we expected ! We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5-13). Sooo much space, clean, nice bathrooms, game room and extra games were great! Felt just like a home away from home. Highly recommend !”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. ”

“Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely fantastic! The house was beautifully remodeled and felt incredibly clean and fresh. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. We also appreciated the small, private backyard—it was a perfect spot to let the dogs out.The location was another huge plus. It was super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do.
