“The beach villas at Ko Olina are beautiful and overall resort area is paradise! For the price we paid, our particular condo needed to be upgraded. We expected a more luxurious feeling. Carpets were very worn; some furniture needed repair; artificial plants both indoor and outdoor were dusty and looked dead. Pots and pans needed a thorough cleaning; many were greasy. Bath towels were very worn also. ”

“The property is great! We had 5 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone in our villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We especially loved the lanai for relaxing. Easy walking to other hotels, restaurants and shops.”

The unit was pristine, very homely and comfortable, well equipped with basically everything, and just what we needed for an extended family reunion vacation. “Great unit that we really enjoyed our stay at. Perhaps some kitchen ware and the outdoor lanai furniture could use some updating. We were unfortunate enough to stay during American Idol filming at Aulani and it was very loud and very bright lights. I’m sure nothing they could do about it.We plan to stay here again.”

“Renting this Villa was amazing. After another booking cancelled our stay just one week before our trip, we found this, and let me say, I know it made our trip much BETTER! The pictures were accurate and it was beautiful inside with a view of the pool off of the patio. We would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others too! Everything was wonderful!”

“I can't believe it's been a year since we've been to Oahu! This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. The resort was less crowded than the adjacent lagoons so we had plenty of room to snorkel with the equipment that was provided! That snorkel gear was awesome and really came in handy for all of us. The pools and outdoor bar were just our speed. Everyone was friendly and Brassie, who met us when we checked in, was so helpful for helping us get the lay of the land. There were……

“Dan’s place was beautiful and just as described. We had a partial view of the ocean, which was perfect! The facilities are great. We felt safe there at night. We enjoyed walking the lagoons as well as walking to the small shopping area a few miles up the road. We would definitely rent from Dan again! ”

“We are a family of 4 and stayed for 8 nights in March of 2025. This is our second time in the Ko Olina area but our first time at the Beach Villas. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. The lanai and the view of the ocean was great. Everyone loved the pools and the beach area. Finally, also great to have the owners provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and other beach amenities to use. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to book……
