Inn at Summerwind #1104 has a perfect layout with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials to prepare a meal and plenty of space to enjoy it with a dining table and two breakfast bar. You'll find a large flat screen TV in the living space should you choose to get in out of the sun or if it rains and space to spread out too. As you enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony you'll find two chairs and a small table to relax and watch the dolphins play or enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

Spectacular stay. Love this condo. Just needs some extra blankets. The hot water could be turned up a bit doesn't get very hot.

First of all this is not a penthouse unit. Food left in sink, hair on both bathroom sinks, WiFi never worked - so no laptop or TV usage, cabinets and plumbing fixtures are outdated, paint chipping off cabinets, one of toilets barely flushed. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Not a great experience.

This condo is very outdated and the pictures hide it well. The property looks like it has not been updated in several years. Walls, doors, etc dirty. The safety lock on the door was hanging on by one screw and the door appeared that it had been broken in to at some point. Kitchen lacked a lot in comparison to condos I have previously stayed in. Absolute bare minimum utensils and dishes. Also, be prepared to be hounded by security in the pool / boardwalk area. Boardwalk also feels like it is about to cave in in several different spots as boards are loose and sagging significantly.

This condo needs repair

Many furniture are broken, dirty, shaky and too old... A closet door is missing in a bathroom. Coffee machine is almost broken and rusted. This is not ready for any business. I stayed there in June and recommended to fix. Nothing changed or fixed.

Great place

The place is great, walked to restaurants, and the pier. Loved the balcony and enjoyed access to beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful. The kitchen appliances all worked, and the plates and dishes were enough for two people. Washer and dryer super handy! By no means did this impact our fun but we saw these items in need of attention: - Ceiling fan in the bedroom rocks/ticks loud enough to wake you - Bathroom toilet closest to the bed runs constantly or surges - Fan in shower area will kick in so loudly that you think it is falling down then shuts off - Light above oven out - Water spout on fridge is poor (ice worked great) - Need a second reading light in the den area

Family get away

The communication and check in needs work. Ive booked thru vacasa before with minimal issues, the hard nose 4pm check in is annoying but is what uf is. This trip however I never received the door code text until 9pm. Had i not downloaded the app and went digging we would ha e not been able to get in without calling the emergency #. We had emailed weeks ago about an early check in due to our travel times. Got a response weeks later ( day before our stay) that they would message us when its ready, again nothing u til 8:53pm. Location is great, facility is fine. No issues with any of that.

Navarre Beach is beautiful!

Our trip was great, with the beautiful beach views and sunsets. However, the unit we stayed in was a little run down with older appliances, towels, dishes and musty furniture that kept us from unpacking and “moving in” for the week. We love Navarre and will be back, but not in this unit.

Beautiful view and location

Navarre Beach really is a relaxing location to get away from the rest of the world. The view from the 11th floor, overlooking the pier and the Gulf, was very calming. This was our first time renting a condo and we learned a lot. Here some things I wish we would have known (to to try to help the next renters. -Smoke detector in bedroom, bathroom closet door, and DVD videos (case was present) were missing. -Sharp TV in living room has a RCA remote. The unit has basic channels only (about 20 channels) so start surfing with channel 1.1. We had to call maintenance to get the remote reprogrammed. -Get the correct building, the one closest to the pier. (There are 3 exact buildings.) You can guess why, but the unit numbers are the same, in at least two buildings. -Floor mat is needed at door (water puddles.) Wish we had a mop available to clean the floor of wet footprints and the marks left by the luggage cart. -Fan in bedroom was nice. -Bring your own trash bags (only 2 provided) clothes hangers (there were none at all), hot pads (none provided), dish and clothes detergent, paper towels and (2-ply) toilet paper. -Refrigerator has ice machine and filtered water in the door. -Rugs for bedside (keep sand out) would be nice, as well as black out curtain for bedroom window. (Bring a eye mask if you need total darkness.) -Plenty of dishes provided, but need food storage containers for leftovers. -Armbands for condo identification we’re provided (6 of them), but we were never asked to show them. Of course it is December. -We had dogs on either side of our unit. One dog barked at us while we were on our balcony. The other side of our room had two dogs, which could be heard through the bedroom wall. All in all, we would return to this unit, with our own amenities.
