“Beautiful boutique hotel with a relaxing vibe. All staff team members were great and very accomodating to all of our needs. Would like to especially applaud Dawn at the front desk, night shift . We didn't quite change over to the time zone and she was such a delight in the early morning hours, even grabbing coffee for me before Normal Cafe hours . A true delight was an invitation for wine tasting by the lovely owners and their children . These special touches sealed the deal for us, we will……

“The resort was beautiful. Although not directly on the beach, the pool and gardens and the overall views were terrific. We did not eat on property but found plenty of options in the nearby shopping centers and a few food / coffee trucks. Convenient to south shore activities. Would return.”

“Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!”

“Wonderful customer service! The property is slightly outdated inside. It needs a little love! The restaurant wasn’t that great but the views and beach access was terrific! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the ISO. The hotel met our needs for our 4 night stay. It is centrally situated so it was easy to explore. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and super friendly staff. Good dinner restaurant on property. Good selection of continental breakfast foods. Amazing sunrises! We would stay again if we come back to Kauai.”

“Although we had an ocean view which was lovely, I think the rooms overlooking the gardens would be better as they are much quieter, and the gardens are beautiful. Nice from the pool made me keep the windows and door shut. It was super clean, but furnishings etc. need to be updated.”

“Pros: Beautiful location. Easy access to the beach. Food was good, staff was excellent. Only medium roast coffee available. A dark roast in one of the 3 dispensers would be appreciated by us coffee fiends. Cons: Pool and lounging area too small and couldn’t get away from loud, splashing, screaming kids…every day of our stay. Parking not included in the resort fee, so you pay an additional $25 per day if you have a car. ”

“Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process. ”
