“Property is in a great location just behind the Vrijdagmarkt a vibrant square which is a short walk to the main square with St Nicholas Church, the Cathedral and the Belfry. An underground car park is just around the corner where you can park as long as you like for a fee. The apartment was well designed to make the most of the space, comfortable, clean & tidy. I would recommend if staying in Gent. ”

Nous avons passé un superbe moment à Gand.

“Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention.”

“Great location in Ghent. However, very noisy overnight, sometimes all night. Bar revellers having a good time, so no qualms there. However, hundreds of bottles being emptied into a receptacle of sorts at 03.30, is something you don't normally experience in the UK. There kitchen would benefit from a couple of additional mugs. Two was inadequate for a party of four. Smaller coffee cups were available, but not really suited for tea drinking.Finally, the clear "en-suite" panelling took some getting……

“I am afraid we were disappointed by this property. The area was convenient and check in was well described and easy. The description however was misleading and it was fairly clear the details we had been given belonged to a different apartment in the house, as much had been made of the TV and there was none.Perhaps we should have guessed from the price, but the description strongly suggests a degree of luxury when in reality the accommodation has more of a hostel vibe and was not what my elderly……
